Popieriaus atskyrimo nuo riebalais užterštų popieriaus pakuočių atliekų galimybių tyrimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos riebalų atskyrimo nuo popieriaus pakuočių atliekų galimybės. Atlikta literatūros analizė, išanalizuoti įvairūs riebalų atskyrimo nuo popieriaus būdai. Atlikto eksperimento metodas remiasi sąveikaujant verdančiam vandeniui su riebalais suterštu popieriumi. Nagrinėjamas virimo procesas, emulsijų susidarymas atsižvelgiant į skirtingus laiko tarpsnius. Pateikiami ir aptariami tyrimų duomenys, kurie gauti išnagrinėjus pasiruoštus mėginius. Iš viso pasiruošta 20 skirtingų riebaluoto popieriaus pavyzdžių. Dešimčiai iš jų pasirinktas spausdinimo popierius, kita dešimtis - kartonas. Iš analizuojamų mėginių pusė padengta augalinių riebalų sluoksniu, likę mėginiai - gyvulinių riebalų sluoksniu. Atlikus eksperimentą, išaiškinta, ar įmanoma riebalus pašalinti nuo popieriaus naudojant tik verdantį vandenį ir atsižvelgiant į panardinimo laiką. Įvertinus eksperimento rezultatus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, eksperimentinė dalis, rezultatai ir jų aptarimas, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. The final master's thesis examines the possibilities of separation of fats from paper waste packaging. The analysis of literature has been done, various methods of separation of fat from paper have been analyzed. The method of the performed experiment is based on the interaction of boiling water and greased paper. The cooking process, the formation of emulsions according to different time frames is considered. The research data obtained from the analysis of ready-made samples are presented and discussed. A total of 20 samples of greased paper have been prepared. Ten samples were made with printing paper and the other ten - with carton. Half of the samples analyzed are coated with a layer of vegetable fat and the rest of the samples are coated with a layer of animal fat. The experiment explains if it is possible to remove fat from paper using only boiling water and taking into account the immersion time. After evaluating the results of the experiment, the conclusions of the final thesis are presented.The structure: introduction, literature review, experimental part, results, conclusions and suggestions and references.The thesis consists of: 50 p. text without appendixes, 21 pictures, 8 tables, 23 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
