In the final masters work an enhansation of commpetitiveness of a construction company in view of ethical considerations had been studied. The oneness of the construction business had been described. The ethical standards and the competitiveness in the construction business had been summerised. A code of ethics of a company and a profession had been analised. Ethical problems had been analised which meet companies increasing its competittiveness. There had been made conclusions according to the problems of ethics.
