Magistro darbe sprendžiama problema - kaip nuomonės formuotojų marketingas daro įtaką vartotojų elgsenai sveikatos sektoriuje skirtinguose RACE modelio vartotojo kelionės etapuose. Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuota ir susisteminta mokslinė literatūra apie nuomonės formuotojų marketingą, vartotojų elgseną skaitmeninėje erdvėje, sveikatos sektoriaus specifiką ir teisinį reguliavimą, išskiriant medicinos ir sveikatingumo nuomonės formuotojų kategorijas bei jų taikomus turinio tipus. Parengta empirinio tyrimo metodika siekiant įvertinti nuomonės formuotojų marketingo poveikį vartotojų elgsenai RACE modelio etapuose; metodika apima kiekybinį tyrimą, vykdytą anketinės apklausos metodu, taikant penkiabalę Likerto skalę ir statistinius duomenų analizės metodus. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad nuomonės formuotojų marketingo poveikis vartotojų elgsenai skiriasi priklausomai nuo nuomonės formuotojų tipo, komunikuojamo turinio pobūdžio ir vartotojo kelionės etapo. Jų pagrindu pasiūlytas modelis nuomonės formuotojų marketingo taikymui sveikatos sektoriuje.Darbą sudaro trys dalys: įvadas, teorinė ir empirinė analizė, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 53 p. teksto be priedų, 8 iliustr., 16 lent., 45 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The problem addressed in this thesis is how influencer marketing affects consumer behavior in the healthcare sector across different stages of the consumer journey according to the RACE model. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes and systematizes scientific literature on influencer marketing, consumer behavior in the digital environment, the specifics of the healthcare sector, and its legal regulation, distinguishing between medical and wellness influencers and the types of content they employ. An empirical research methodology was developed to assess the impact of influencer marketing on consumer behavior at different stages of the RACE model; the methodology includes a quantitative study conducted through a questionnaire survey, applying a five-point Likert scale and statistical data analysis methods. The results of the empirical research revealed that the impact of influencer marketing on consumer behavior varies depending on the type of influencer, the nature of the communicated content, and the stage of the consumer journey. Based on these findings, a model for the application of influencer marketing in the healthcare sector is proposed.Structure: introduction, theoretical and empirical analysis, conclusions and suggestions, references.
