In the master's thesis, the thermal properties of the partitions, which are adjacent to the sandy soil in the Lithuanian climatic conditions in Vilnius, are analyzed. After reviewing the research, the topicality and problems of the final research were clarified. In the first part of the study, different digital models of soil temperature at a certain depth when partitions are bounded by soil were examined. In the first case, the soil with the adiabatic boundary condition is analyzed, and in the second case evaluated with the set temperature. The obtained soil temperature results were compared with the data provided by RSN 156-94 ”Building Climatology”. The comparison revealed that the adiabatic boundary condition is not a suitable way to assess the soil, as it was not regulated by Lithuania, therefore the second part of the study was based on the 7 ºC soil temperature boundary condition, as it was close to the regulation. In the second part of the study, 3 ways of heat loss were analyzed, the results of the first part of the study and the recalculation factor of the floor on the ground were recalculated. This analysis yielded results in all ways with minimal error. Based on these results, it was assumed that the 7 ºC soil temperature boundary condition is suitable for assessing the soil in Lithuanian climatic conditions. The work consists of 7 parts: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, references, appendixes.Thesis size - 61 pages of text, 38 pictures, 4 tables, 21 references.
