ES struktūrinių fondų investicijų į oro transporto sektorių reikšmė gyventojų užimtumui Lietuvoje
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas ES struktūrinių fondų investicijų į oro transporto sektorių poveikis gyventojų užimtumui Lietuvoje. Darbo tikslas - įvertinti ES struktūrinių fondų paramą, skiriamą Lietuvos oro transporto sektoriui ir jos daromą poveikį gyventojų užimtumui. Darbo tikslui pasiekti buvo atlikta transporto politikos strategijų apžvalga, ES struktūrinių fondų investicijų paskirstymo tarp skirtingų transporto rūšių vertinimas. Atlikta detali iš ES struktūrinių fondų finansuotų projektų (oro transporto sektoriaus) analizė, pritaikant mokslinius tyrimo metodus, nustatomas ES struktūrinių fondų investicijų į oro transporto sektorių poveikis gyventojų užimtumui Lietuvoje ir įtaka atskiroms ekonominės veiklos rūšims. Baigiamajame darbe nauodojami mokslinės literatūros analizės, statistinių duomenų lyginamosios analizės, statistinių duomenų koreliacinės analizės tyrimo metodai. Baigiamojo darbo rezultatas - sudarytas ES struktūrinių fondų investicijų į oro transporto sektorių Lietuvoje poveikį gyventojų užimtumui ir atskiroms ekonominėms veiklos rūšims vertinantis modelis.Darbą sudaro 3 dalys: įvadas, Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų, oro transporto sektoriaus bei užimtumo šalyje aktualūs aspektai, Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų investicijų į oro transporto sektorių poveikio gyventojų užimtumui Lietuvoje analizė, Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų investicijų į oro transporto sektorių poveikį vertinantis modelis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. This Master thesis analyzes EU structural funds into air transport sector and its impact of the population employment in Lithuania. The main purpose of this Master thesis is to evaluate EU structural funds allocated to Lithuanias air transport sector and its impact on the employment of the population. To achieve this objective was cunducted an overview of air transport policy and evaluation of EU structural funds among the various modes of transport. Furthermore was carried out a detailed analysis of the air transport sectors's projects which were financed by the EU Structural Funds. By adapting various research methods, was established the influance of the EU structural funds investments on the population employment in Lithuania and its impact of individual economic activities. The methods used: scientific literature analysis, statistical comparative analysis, statistical correlation analysis. Final resulult of this Master thesis -composed evaluative model, which allows to assess EU structural funds impact on the population employment and the influance of the individual economic activities. Structure: introduction and three main parts: relevant aspects of the EU Structural Funds, the air transport sector and the population employment, analysis of the EU Structural Funds investments into the air transport sector and its impact on the employment in Lithuania, The evaluative model of the EU Structural Funds into air transport and its impact, also conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consists of: 85 p. text without appendixes, 19 pictures, 13 tables, 56 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
