Kauno upių slėnių urbanistinės struktūros elementų plėtra

Anotacija Baigiamojo magistro darbo pagrindinis tyrimo objektas - išraiškingas Kauno upių slėnis. Mieste nepakankamai išnaudotos upių slėnio kaip pagrindinės kompozicinės ašies galimybės. Norint apibrėžti urbanistinės struktūros elementų plėtros galimybes tam tikroje Kauno slėnio atkarpoje, būtina įvertinti Nemuno ir Neries upių slėnių gamtinius ypatumus. Išnagrinėjus bendruosius upės slėnio gamtinius ir urbanistinės struktūros elementus, išryškėja miesto upių slėnyje sistema, suvokiama kaip struktūrinis fragmentų modelis. Remiantis šiuo modeliu tiriami miestai - analogai bei Kauno upių slėnis atkarpoje nuo Varnių iki Panemunės tiltų. Apibrėžiami tam tikri dėsningumai ir išvados, padedančios kuriamiems sprendiniams. Kauno upių slėnio fragmentų modelyje bei istorinėje urbanistinės struktūros raidos upių slėnyje analizėje išryškėja probleminė teritorija netoli centro, tarp Aleksoto ir M.K.Čiurlionio tiltų - Žemoji Freda ir Nemuno sala. Šiai teritorijai kuriamas naujas koncepcinis fragmentų modelis. Šio modelio įprasminimu urbanistinės struktūros elementais naujai formuojama struktūra integruojama į susiformavusį miesto urbanistinį audinį, sukuriami upės slėnio gamtinių ir urbanistinių elementų glaudūs tarpusavio ryšiai.
Annotation The subject of this master thesis research is wonderful river valley of city Kaunas. The main problem is that frequently urban structure elements in the river valleys of Kaunas don't respect its natural elements. Consequently, an intention is to evaluate natural features of Nemunas and Neris river valleys, before determining the possibilities of urban structure development in certain segment of city valley. An integrated system of city in the river valley appears, after exploring natural and urban structure elements of river valley. This system is called as structural model of different fragments. With reference to this model, the segment of river valley of Kaunas and other cities in river valleys are being explored. Main conclusions and consistent patterns help to find new solutions. In the structural model of river valley of Kaunas with reference to history of Kaunas urban structure evolution we found problematic segments near city centre. These segments are - Žemoji Freda and Nemunas island between two bridges. The new conceptual model of fragments is formed for the territory. The conceptual model is being completed by various elements of urban structure, that leads to main solution - strong connections are being created between urban and natural elements of river valley, the new structure in Žemoji Freda and Nemunas island is being integrated to the formed urban grid.
