Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos netradicinės terapijos architektūros svarba šių dienųvisuomenei bei pramoninės teritorijos konversijos galimybės. Darbo tikslas - apleistai teritorijai suteiktinaują socialiai svarbią funkciją. Siekiama atskleisti buvusio Naujųjų Verkių popieriaus fabriko vertybes,įvertinant paveldosauginę, architektūrinę vertę bei urbanistinę padėtį mieste. Išanalizavus ir įvertinussvarbiausias vietovės gamtines, kultūrines, architektūrines ir inžinerines vertybes svarbu pritaikyti jasnaujai projektuojamam netradicinės terapijos centrui. Pagrindinė išskiriamoji fabriko vertybė - supantigamtinė aplinka: reljefas bei esama vandens kanalų sistema, atsiradusi iš Turniškės upelio. Būtent šisvandens elementas yra pagrindinė jungtis tarp seno apleisto fabriko, nei netradicinės terapijos funkcijos.Nauja pastato funkcija projektuojama, atsižvelgiant į netradicinės terapijos architektūros bruožus.Darbą sudaro 4 dalys: įvadas, analitinė dalis, projektinė dalis, apibendrinimai, literatūros ir paveikslėliųsąrašas, priedai. Darbo apimtis - 100 psl. teksto be priedų, 96 iliustr., 33 literatūriniai šaltiniai.
The final master's thesis examines the importance of alternative therapy architecture these days andopportunities for the conversion of industrial area. The aim of the work is to provide an abandoned territorya new socially important function. The aim is to reveal the values of the former Naujieji Verkiai paper mill,assessing the heritage, architectural value and urban situation in the city. After analysis and evaluationthe most important natural, cultural, architectural and engineering values of the area are important to adapt toa newly designed non-traditional therapy center. The main distinguishing value of the factory is the surroundingnatural environment: relief and the existing water canal system arising from the Turniškės stream. Thiswater element is the main link between the old abandoned factory and alternative therapy function.The new function of the building is designed taking into account the architectural features of alternative therapy.The work consists of 4 parts: introduction, analytical part, project part, summaries, literature and pictureslist, accessories. Thesis consists of: 100 pages. text, 96 pictures, 33 references.
