Medinių namų importo ir eksporto tyrimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas medinių namų importas ir eksportas Lietuvoje. Išanalizuota tarptautinio verslo plėtros samprata, formos, eksporto ir importo samprata, tikslai, bruožai, eksporto ir importo plėtros planavimas, valdymas. Darbe parengta medinių namų eksporto ir importo tyrimo metodika, atlikta medienos ir jos gaminių eksporto ir importo dinamika 2010-2014 m. Atvejo analizės metodu įvertinta medinių namų gamintojo eksporto ir importo situacija (IĮ „Namelis” pavyzdžiu). Medinių namų gamintojų atstovų požiūriui į šių gaminių eksporto situaciją ir eksporto plėtros galimybes įvertinimui taikytas anketinės apklausos metodas. Galiausiai, remiantis atliktų empirinių tyrimų rezultatais, identifikuoti medinių namų eksportą ribojantys veiksniai ir jų koregavimo kryptys, taip pat atliktas medinių namų gamintojo eksporto plėtros modeliavimas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius medinių namų eksporto ir importo aspektus, pateiktos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro šios dalys: įvadas, teoriniai importo ir eksporto aspektai, medinių namų eksporto ir importo analizė Lietuvoje, medinių namų eksporto plėtros kryptys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedas. Darbo apimtis - 64 p. teksto be priedo, 22 iliustr., 19 lent., 62 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedamas darbo priedas.
The current Master thesis has been dedicated to import and export of timber houses in Lithuania. Therefore, the definition and forms of international business development, notions of export and import as well as their aims, features, planning of development and management have been analysed here. This paper presents the methods of investigating import and export of timber houses, and includes the dynamics of export and import of timber and wooden elements throughout 2010 to 2014. The situation of import and export, which a company manufacturing timber houses faces, has been evaluated applying the method of case analysis (in accordance with the case of Namelis, a private enterprise). A questionnaire has been used to indicate the attitudes of individuals representing manufacturers of timber houses towards the current situation in the export market of timber houses as well as possibilities for export development. On the grounds of the data received from the empirical researches, the factors restraining the export of timber houses and measures for improvement have been identified as well as modelling of export development for the manufacturer of timber houses performed. After having analysed the features of theory and practice in export and import of timber houses, conclusions of the final thesis and suggestions for the participants of the market have been issued.The paper has been structured as follows: introduction, aspects of theory and practice in export and import, analysis of export and import of timber houses in Lithuania, trends for export development of timber houses, conclusions and suggestions, bibliography and appendix. Thesis consist of: 64 p. text without appendixes, 22 pictures, 19 tables, 62 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
