Development of Enterprises Resourse Planning (ERP) System in "X" Industry
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama verslo valdymo sistemų plėtra, metodai, ir praktinės problemos. Šiam tikslui atliekamos verslo valdymo sistemų teorinė analizė. Vykdyta gamybos įmonių anketinė ir tiesioginė apklausa. Surinkti duomenys iš 18 Lietuvos pramonės įmonių apie verslo valdymo sistemas. Atlikta duomenų analizė ir nustatytos problemos. Remiantis atlikta duomenų analize nustatytomis problemomis suformuotas verslo valdymo sistemos tobulinimo modelis. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius verslo valdymo sistemų aspektus, pateikiamos darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro šios dalys: įvadas, verslo valdymo sistemų teorinė analizė, problemų tyrimas, pagrindinių problemų sprendimas, išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 61.teksto be priedų, 27 iliustracijos, 5 lentelės.Atskirai pridedami priedai.
In the final Master degree thesis enterprise resource planning systems, methods, and practical problems are analysed. For this purpose theoretical analysis of enterprise resource planning systems has been done. A questionnaire as well as a survey of manufacturing companies has been carried out. The data regarding enterprise resource planning systems was collected from 18 Lithuanian industrial enterprises. The data analysis has been performed and the problems defined accordingly. ERP system development model has been formed following the analysis of the data and the problems fixed. Conclusions and recommendations are presented based on the examined aspects of business management systems. Structure: introduction, theoretical analysis of enterprise resource planning systems, research of problems, solution of the main problems, conclusions and suggestions.Thesis consists of 61p. text without appendixes, 27 figures, 5 tables.
