Būsto išlaidų ir gerovės rodiklių Lietuvos regionuose analizė

Šio darbo tikslas - siekiant nustatyti socialinės-ekonominės gerovės padėtį, struktūrą ir dinamiką būsto išlaidų srityje Lietuvos regionuose, atlikti būsto išlaidų ir socialinės-ekonominės gerovės rodiklių analizę Lietuvos regionuose bei pateikti pasiūlymus šios analizės tobulinimui. Darbo uždaviniai: 1) išanalizuoti mokslinę literatūrą, susijusią su nagrinėjama tema; 2) atskleisti socialinės-ekonominės gerovės rodiklius, turinčius sąsajas su būsto išlaidomis; 3) išanalizuoti būsto išlaidų ir socialinės-ekonominės gerovės rodiklių ypatumus statistiškai lyginant Lietuvos regionus.Pirmame skyriuje aprašyta būsto išlaidų samprata. Antrajame skyriuje aprašyti socialinės-ekonominės gerovės rodikliai, susijęs su būsto išlaidomis. Trečiajame skyriuje yra analizuojama regionų samprata bei atliekamas būsto išlaidų ir socialinės ekonominės gerovės rodiklių statistinis tyrimas atskiruose Lietuvos regionuose.Darbo pabaigoje formuluojamos išvados ir pateikiami pasiūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 56 puslapiai teksto ir 3 puslapis priedo. Darbe yra 41 lentelės ir 6 paveikslai.
The aim of thesis to determine the wellbeing of the situation, structure and dynamics of the housing expenditure in regions of Lithuania, examining the related issues and propose potential solutions.Thesis tasks - to discuss the significance of the cost of housing , 2) to reveal the socio-economic wellbeing indicators which have links with the cost of housing; 3) to analyze the cost of housing (and the socio-economic) indicators of wellbeing compared to the specificities statistically Lithuanian regions.Thesis consists of introduction, three sections, bibliography and appendices.The first chapter describes the costs of housing value. The second chapter reveals socio-economic characteristics associated with housing expenses. The third chapter, there are analyses he concept of regions and carries out the cost of housing and socio-economic wellbeing indicators statistical survey of regions in Lithuania.In the end of thesis conclusions are made and solutions are proposed.The size of the thesis - 56 pages and 3 page attachment, 6 illustrations, 41 tables.
