ANOTACIJA Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti 3jų skirtingo tipo ir pobūdžio gyvenamųjų teritorijų susisiekimo sistemas ir palyginti jas. Vienas iš svarbiausių darbo kriterijų yra užtikrinti greitą ir patogų gyventojų susisiekimą gyvenvietėse, atitinkantį jų poreikius kartu siekiant mažinti transporto srautus ir neigiamą poveikį aplinkai, sudaryti kuo geresnes sąlygas judėjimui gatvėse pėstiesiems ir dviratininkams, bei skatinti žmones atsisakyti nuosavo automobilio vardan triukšmo mažinimo ir gamtos saugojimo nuo bet kokio teršalų tipo. Magistro darbas atliekamas pasitelkiant į pagalbą GIS programą. Panaudojant GIS, sukuriama geoobjektų duomenų bazė, kurioje kaupiama visa informacija apie kiekvieną mus dominantį objektą. Atlikus tyrimus ir analizę vykdoma sprendinių stadija, kur grafiškai rodomi pasiūlymai esamoms problemoms spręsti.
ANNOTATION The aim of this assignment: to analyze three different types and kinds of settlements and to compare them. One of the most important criteria of this research is to ensure fast and comfortable means of transportation for people inside of a settlement that is suitable to their needs for transportation. Also to decrease the flow of traffic and negative environmental affect as well as to ensure better conditions for pedestrians and circlers on the streets along with the other types of motor transportations and to encourage people to choose public transportation instead of choosing their own vehicles with a purpose of decreasing noise and pollution in the name of an environmental protection. Masters work has been performed using GIS program. All information about main objects has been stored in GIS geoobjects database. After all researches and analizations it comes to the decision step where propositions to solve problems are shown graphically on drawings.
