Aplinkosaugos investicijų projektų rengimas ir finansinis vertinimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos investicijų projekto vertinimo problemos, vertinimo būtinumas ir tikslai, užsienio šalių patirtis šioje srityje. Išnagrinėti pagrindiniai principai, kuriais remiantis nustatomas investicijų projektų efektyvumas. Šiame magistriniame projekte iškėliau hipotezę, pagal kurią bandysiu aprašyti įvairias alternatyvas, kurias numačiau, jei bus rašomas investicijų projektas Žemaitkiemio seniūnijos Žemaitkiemio kadastrinės vietovės Plaštakos upės baseino ir jos intakų sausinimo sistemų nuvedamųjų tinklų bei juose esančių hidrotechninių statinių rekonstrukcija. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius investicijų projekto vertinimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 4 dalys: įvadas, investicijų projektų vertinimo ypatumai, aplinkos apsaugos projektų aktualumas, projekto įgyvendinimo alternatyvų įvertinimas ir geriausio techninio sprendimo pasirinkimas, aplinkosaugos investicijų projekto finansinis vertinimas, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 51 p. teksto be priedų, 8 iliustr., 4 lent., 39 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
