Pirmojoje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pateikiama teorinė tiekimo grandinės analizė, aptariamos sąvokos, susijusios su tiekimo grandine, tiekimu. Taip pat yra pateikta informacija, apimanti rizikas, susijusias su tiekimo grandinės valdymu. Antrojoje darbo dalyje yra atlikta anketinė apklausa, susijusi su tuo, kaip žmonės naudojasi maisto pavežėjų paslaugomis. Taip pat yra atlikti tyrimai SPSS programa, koreliacinė-regresinė ir MANOVA analizės. Tyrimai atlikti siekiant rasti ryšį tarp kintamųjų, kintamaisiais yra respondentų apklausos atsakymai. Trečioje darbo dalyje yra sukurtas tiekimo grandinės modelis, pagal kurį yra parodytos galimybės efektyviam ir labiau pelningam maisto pavežėjų darbui. Annotation The first part of the thesis presents a theoretical analysis of the supply chain, discusses concepts related to supply chain supply. Information covering the risks associated with supply chain management is also provided. In the second part of the work, a questionnaire survey is conducted related to how people use the services of food couriers. The SPSS program, correlation-regression and MANOVA analyzes have also been carried out. The research is conducted to find the relationship between the variables, the variables are the survey responses of the respondents. In the third part of the work, a supply chain model is developed, according to which opportunities for efficient and more profitable work of food couriers are shown. The variables are the respondents' survey answers.
