Kiekvienam laikmečiui diktuojant savitą urbanistinės morfostruktūros vystymosi tendenciją, Naujoji Vilnia įgavo suskaidyto, nevienalyčio miesto, dabar rajono, įvaizdį, kurio atskiros dalys tarpusavyje mažai susijusios, o nustojus veikti centrinėje dalyje didelį plotą užimančioms pramonės teritorijoms, rajonas dar ryškiau suskilo į atskiras dalis - šiaurinę ir pietinę Naująją Vilnią. Šio darbo tikslas - centrinei Naujosios Vilnios daliai sukurti naują kokybišką urbanistinę struktūrą pertvarkant apleistas pramonės teritorijas ir integruoti į naują centrinės dalies urbanistinį audinį funkciškai apjungiant atskiras rajono dalis.Darbo struktūra: tyrimo objektas ir darbo metodai, analitinė-metodinė dalis, analitinė-tiriamoji dalis, eksperimentinė (sprendinių) dalis.
Every different time period put on its distinctive urbanistic morfostructure's development tendency, so Naujoji Vilnia became disintegrated, diverse town, now - a city district. It gives impression, that different parts of the area are poorly associated with each other. When industrial part of the town in its central area stopped its work, the territory became even more divided into two parts: North and South Naujoji Vilnia.The aim of this paper work is creation of the new high quality urbanistic structure for Naujoji Vilnia by reconstruction unused industrial territory and integration of the river Vilnia to the new urbanistic development in the central part of the district. We seek to create motivated and conceptualized development strategy that will meet urbanistic, architectural, economic and social needs of the district. The strategy will define consistent, harmonical development of the territory and integrate the public areas, green spaces and pedestrian passages.The structure of the work: the research object and research methods, analytic - methodological part of the work, analytic - observational part of the work, experimental (resolution) part of the work.
