Vandenlenčių sporto paslaugų plėtros galimybių ir kliūčių vertinimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos vandens sporto, o konkrečiau vandenlenčių sporto paslaugos Lietuvoje, jų plėtra, šios paslaugos problematika ir teoriniai paslaugų teikimo požiūriai, jų teigiami ir neigiami aspektai. Išnagrinėta paslaugų sektoriaus raida, prigimtis Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje, inovacijų ir paslaugų sektoriaus plėtros sintezė ir konkurencingumo įtaka verslo plėtrai. Taip pat išnagrinėti teoriniai paslaugų plėtros modeliai ir strategijos, išskirtinės savybės, pritaikymo atvejai. Siekiant visapusiškos analizės, identifikuota dabartinė šio sektoriaus padėtis ir preliminarios plėtros kliūtys, galimybės. Įvertinus sektoriaus padėtį, atlikti empiriniai tyrimai ir plėtros kliūčių, galimybių analizė, vertinimas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius vandenlenčių sektoriaus aspektus, pateikiamos magistrinio darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro 3 pagrindinės dalys: teorinė - analitinė studija skirta metodinės literatūros, kitų autorių tyrimų analizei, vertinimui, tiriamoji darbo dalis, kurią sudaro nagrinėjamo paslaugų sektoriaus apžvalga ir identifikavimas ir projektinė dalis, kurioje atlikti empiriniai tyrimai, jų rezultatų vertinimas, analizė.Darbo apimtis: 59 psl., be priedų, 7 paveikslai, 7 lentelės, 27 šaltiniai.Priedai pridedami.
In the master thesis are discussed water sport - more specifically wakeboarding services, development, also wakeboarding issues, theoretical standpoint (approaches) of provided wakeboarding services in Lithuania, also advantages and disadvantages of this kind of water sport. Additionally, in the thesis are analysed nature and evolution of service sector in Lithuania and worldwide, moreover, synthesis of an innovation and service sector development and competitive impact on business expansion (development). Also in the master thesis are explored theoretical models and strategies of services development, their idiosyncratic features and cases of adaptation. For a comprehensive analysis were identified current situation of the discussed sector and also tentative possibilities and barriers of this section development. After the assessment of current situation in this sector, were accomplished empirical research, and an evaluation of possibilities and obstacles to the development. After the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of wakeboarding sector are provided the conclusions and recommendations of master thesis. The research comprises of three main section which include: theoretical - analytical section which is dedicated to the analysis of methodological literature and researches of other authors. The second section is practical analysis, which consists of the review of discussed service sector and the last section is project - based section in which were made empirical researches and also provided the assessment and analysis of the research results. The thesis comprises of 59 pages. Annexes: 7 images, 7 tables, 27 references. Appendixes included.
