Darbo tikslas - palyginti Agile projektų valdymo metodiką su tradiciniu statybos projektų valdymu ir įvertinti, kuriose statybos projekto etapų fazėse Agile metodas yra pritaikomas ir teikia naudos.Pirmame darbo skyriuje supažindinama su tradiciniu ir Agile projekto valdymo metodais, atliekamas jų palyginimas. Analizuojama mokslinė literatūra siekiant išsiaiškinti Agile metodo panaudojimo galimybes statybos sektoriuje.Antrame skyriuje yra aprašomas tyrimo modelis, kuris susidaro iš tikslinės auditorijos apklausos ir konkretaus atvejo tyrimo.Trečiame skyriuje yra analizuojami apklausos rezultatai, taip pat aprašomi Agile metodo taikymo procesai pasirinktoje įmonėje.Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos apibendrintos išvados ir siūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 67 puslapiai, 3 lentelės, 37 paveikslai ir 40 literatūros šaltinių.
The aim of the work is to compare the Agile project management methodology with traditional construction project management and evaluate in which phases of the construction project Agile method is applicable and beneficial.The first section of the work introduces the traditional and Agile project management methods and conducts a comparison between them. The scientific literature is analyzed to determine the possibilities of using the Agile method in the construction sector.The second section describes the research model, which consists of a survey of the target audience and a specific case study.The third section analyzes the survey results and describes the Agile method implementation processes in the chosen company.In the conclusion of the work, summarized conclusions and recommendations are presented.The work consists of 67 pages, 3 tables, 37 figures, and 40 references.
