Assessment of "Park and Ride" System Installation in Vilnius City by Using Current Transport Infrastructure

Šio darbo tikslas yra ištirti įrengimo "P + R" sistema Vilniaus mieste galimybių naudojant esamą transporto infrastruktūrą. Šiame darbe buvo atliktas teisės aktų ir užsienio literatūros analizė. Taip pat buvo manoma, užsienio patirtis it montavimas. Pasak jo, buvo apibrėžti pagrindiniai principai įdiegti iš "P + R" sistema, į transporto infrastruktūrą mieste. Iš į "P + R" sistemos Vinius būtinybės tyrimas buvo padaryta. Remiantis ekspertų nuomone ir įvesties duomenų, buvo sukurta iš galimų vietų schemą ir tarnavo srityse schema "P + R" automobilių sklypai. Iš siūlomo projekto discription skiriamas. Privalumai ir trūkumai šios sistemos buvo Nustatyta, ir, atsižvelgiant į jį dėmesį, kad įtakos "P + R" schemą dėl transporto prognozė, buvo padaryta aplinkos, socialinius ir ekonominius aspektus, Vilniuje. Pateikti patarimai, kad sistema veiktų sėkmingai buvo pasiūlyta.Darbo struktūra: įvadas, teisės aktų analizė ir mokslinė literatūra apie "P + R" sistemą, nuo įrengimo "P + R" sistema Vilniaus mieste būtinybės tirti, kad įtakos "P + R" sistemoje prognozė, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbas susideda iš: 62 p. teksto be priedų, 32 paveikslai, 9 lentelės, 44 literatūros šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The purpose of this work is to investigate the possibilities of installation of ”P+R” system in Vilnius city by using current transport infrastructure. In this work the analysis of legislation and foreign literature was done. Also foreign experience of it installation was considered. According to it, the main principles of introducing of ”P+R” system into transport infrastructure of the city were defined. The investigation of the necessity of ”P+R” system in Vinius was done. Based on experts' opinion and input data, the scheme of potential places and the scheme of served areas by ”P+R” parking plots were created. The discription of proposed project is given. Advantages and disadvantages of this system were determinated and, taking it into account, the forecast of influence of ”P+R” scheme on the transport, environmental, social and economic aspects of Vilnius was done. The suggestions to make the system work successfully were proposed.Structure: introduction, the analysis of legislation and the scientific literature concerning ”P+R” system, the investigation of the necessity of installation of ”P+R” system in Vilnius city, the forecast of influence of ”P+R” system, conclusions and suggestions, references.
