Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas yra rasti inovatyvią programą, gebančią suburti bendruomenę ir visapusiškai ją lavinti. Remiantis profesine literatūra, apžvelgus kitus architektūrinio projektavimo pavyzdžius, atlikus išsamią vietovės analizę, parinkta teritorijos koncepcija ir suprojektuotas bendruomenės centras Mančesteryje. Projekto pagrindinė koncepcija: visų amžiaus ir socialinių grupių apjungimas į bendruomenę per augalininkystę, švietimą ir sveikatingumą.Sukurta programa teoriniame lygmenyje sprendžia vietos identiteto, tvarumo, bendruomeniškumo, integracijos ir kitas socialines bei miesto problemas. Darbą sudaro įvadas, analitinė, tiriamoji ir projektinė dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros bei paveikslų sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 131 p. teksto be priedų, 110 iliustr., 79 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The aim of this master graduation thesis is to find an innovative programme, which would be capable of gathering local community and educating it in various different ways. The concept of the site and the design of the community centre itself was achieved after in-depth studies of professional literature, architectural case studies and broad analysis of the selected site in Manchester. The main concept of the project is to gather local community by the act of urban agriculture, education and wellness. Created programme is solving issues of local identity, sustainability, sociality, integration and other problems of city and society in theoretical level. Structure: introduction, analysis, research and design, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 131 p. text without appendixes, 110 pictures, 79 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
