Keraminių gaminių atsparumo šalčiui tyrimai
Mūsų klimato sąlygomis apdailai gali būti naudojami tik atsparūs šalčiui keraminiai gaminiai. Keraminių plytų atsparumą šalčiui naudojant sparčiuosius tyrimo metodus galima įvertinti per keletą dienų. Tyrimams buvo pasirinkti trijų partijų keraminiai gaminiai. Baigiamajame darbe pateikiami keraminių gaminių tyrimo metodai ir struktūrinių rodiklių analizė. Naudojant gautus struktūrinius rodiklius apskaičiuotos keraminių gaminių atsparumas šalčiui vertės. Aptarti veiksniai, kurie turi įtakos gaminių ilgaamžiškumui. Pateiktos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, mokslinės literatūros apžvalga, metodinė dalis, bandymų rezultatai ir jų aptarimas, išvados. Darbo apimtis - 53 p., 12 - iliustr, 25 - lent.
Given the conditions of our climate only cold-tolerant ceramic products may be used for finishing. Cold tolerance of ceramic bricks may be assessed in a couple of days by means of rapid research methods. Ceramic products of three batches were selected for research. The final paper presents the methodology applied for the research of ceramic products, as well as covers the analysis of structural indicators. Application of the given structural indicators led to the calculation of the values of cold tolerance of ceramic products. Moreover, the paper discusses the factors that bear some effect on the durability of products and, finally, singles out the conclusions of the present final paper. Thesis consist: 53 p., 12 - pictures, 25 - tables.
