Klaipėdos miesto pramonės ir uosto teritorijų Baltijos prospekto prieigose konversija
Baigiamojo magistro darbo tyrimo objektas - apleistų, uosto ir pramonės konversinių teritorijų atnaujinimas ir integracija į miesto urbanistinę struktūrą, Klaipėdos miesto pavyzdžiu.Nagrinėjama Klaipėdos miesto Baltijos prospekto prieigose esanti teritorija turi aiškias ribas: Baltijos pr., Šilutės pl., Kauno g., Agluonos g. ir Kuršių marių pakrantė. Šiuo metu tarp teritorijos ir miesto urbanistinės struktūros nėra ryšių, todėl ją galima vertinti kaip barjerą, besidriekiantį skersai miesto ir dalinantį jį į dvi atskiras dalis. Darbe analizuojama nagrinėjamos teritorijos ir jos gretimybių erdvinė bei funkcinė struktūra, nustatomos jos kompozicinės ir funkcinės plėtros galimybės, įvertinamas galimos plėtros poveikis Klaipėdos miesto siluetui. Apžvelgus uosto ir pramonės teritorijų konversijos problemas ir plėtros principus kituose Baltijos jūros regiono uostamiesčiuose, pagal pasirinktą alternatyvą pasiūlyta Klaipėdos miesto pramonės ir uosto teritorijų Baltijos prospekto prieigose architektūrinio - urbanistinio vystymo koncepcija.Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos. The main objectives of master-thesis are the following. Renewal of deserted as well as port and industrial conversial areas and integration to the urban structure based on the example of the city Klaipeda.Under consideration is the area of city Klaipeda between the Baltijos Av., Šilutės road, Kaunas st., Agluonos st. and the coast of Curonian Bay. Currently there are no spatial connections between the area and the city. Consequently the area can be rated as a barrier, which goes sidelong the city and divides it into two separate parts.The area under consideration and it's spatial and functional structure of adjecency are analised in this master-thesis project. The possible effect of the area extension will be rated in the skyline of the city Klaipeda. An architectural - urban concept of development will be proposed for the industrial and port areas in the approaches of the Baltijos Av. in the city Klaipeda. The alternative option of final proposals is based on the review of problems and development principles in ports and industrials areas of the region of the Baltic Sea.There will be proposed some of the conclusions and recommendations at the end of this project.The scope of this scientific work involves 70 text pages without appendixes, 60 images, 1 chart as well 30 links to bibliographical sources of information. The reductions of the final master-thesis project are to find at the end of this work.
