Neįrengtų palėpių bei pastogių įrengimas ir pritaikymas Lietuvos būsto rinkai

Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe yra ištirta stoginių konstrukcijų raida Lietuvoje skirtingu laikotarpiu. Analizuojama kultūros paveldo objektų apsauga, kadangi pastogių įrengimas dažniausiai yra vykdomas senamiesčiuose, kuriuose architektūros paminklai yra labai saugomi. Šiame magistro darbe yra pateikti Lietuvoje ir užsienio šalyse esančių įrengtų pastogės patalpų pavyzdžiai. Detaliai išnagrinėti įstatymai ir nuostatos, reglamentuojantys neįrengtų pastogės patalpų įteisinimą ir privatizavimą. Taip pat darbe yra aprašomi konstrukciniai bei inžineriniai pastogių įrengimo sprendimai. Išnagrinėti stogų konstrukciniai tipai. Magistro darbas užbaigiamas pasirinktos pastogėje esančios patalpos vertinimu pajamų vertės, lyginamosios bei atkuriamosios vertės metodais. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius pastogės patalpų įrengimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro šios pagrindinės dalys: įvadas, nekilnojamojo turto rinkos samprata ir pastogės patalpų apžvalga lietuvoje, gyvenamoji aplinka ir stoginių patalpų įrengimas, neįrengtų pastogių įteisinimo ir pritaikymo lietuvoje projektas, išvados. Darbo apimtis - 71 p. teksto be priedų, 64 iliustracijos, 8 lentelės, 39 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In this thesis is examined the roof structures in Lithuania in a different time. Analyzing the cultural heritage protection, as the installation of shelters are usually carried out in inner cities, where architectural monuments are very protected. In this thesis are presented in Lithuania and foreign countries equipped models in the attic rooms. Detailed examination of the laws and regulations governing the validation of facilities not equipped with shelter and privatization. Also describes the work of construction and installation of utility sheds solutions. Examine the roof construction types. Master thesis is completed by the selected shelter room in the assessment of the value of income, replacement cost and the comparative methods. An examination of the theoretical and practical aspects of fitting a shelter is finished with the conclusions and recommendations.The work comprises the following main parts: introduction, the concept of the real estate market and an overview of shelter facilities in Lithuania, living environment and facilities equipment shelters, roofed shelters for validation and adaptation of Lithuania the draft conclusions.Working volume is 71 text pages without appendixes, 64 illustrations, 8 tables, 39 bibliographical entries and the extra accessories.
