Lietuvos susisiekimo infrastruktūros analizė darnumo aspektu. Daugiakriteris vertinimas
Magistro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama ekonominės ir susisiekimo infrastruktūros sąvokos, atliekama infrastruktūros analizė socialiniu, politiniu, ekonominiu bei aplinkosauginiu aspektais, atlikta darnaus suisiekimo infrastruktūros vystymosi SSGG analizė. Antroje dalyje apžvelgiamos Vokietijos, Latvijos, Italijos bei Olandijos infrastruktūros, taip pat apžvelgti susisiekimo infrastruktūros plėtros projektai Lietuvoje, atlikta Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių infrastruktūrų lyginamoji analizė. Trečioje dalyje atliekamas penkių šalių (Lietuvos, Latvijos, Italijos, Olandijos, Vokietijos) infrastruktūros daugiakriteris vertinimas: aprašoma tyrimo metodika, nustatomas vertinimo kriterijų reikšmingumas ir jų reikšmės, atliekamas vertinimas taikant COPRAS metodą. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados, naudotos literatūros sąrašas ir priedai.
Master's thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part the most relevant scientific publications were analyzed in order to define the concept of economic infrastructure, transport and communication infrastructure. Infrastructure were analyzed aspects of social, political, economic and environmental, also, the SWOT analysis of the sustainable development of communication and transport infrastructure was performed. In the second part infrastructure of Germany, Latvia, Italy and Netherlands was analyzed, as well the transport infrastructure development projects in Lithuania overviewed, also a comparative analysis of Lithuanian and foreign infrastructures performed. In the third part the COPRAS method were used to assess the sustainability infrastructure of five countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Netherlands and Germany). Based on the results of the study, conclusions and recommendations was presented.
