Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami Lietuvos darbo rinkos ypatumai bei jos plėtra. Išnagrinėti pagrindiniai teoriniai darbo rinkos, užimtumo, nedarbo aspektai. Pateikta nedarbo kaitos 1999-2009 metais analizė. Buvo atliktas daugianarės regresijos tyrimas ir darbdavių apklausa. Tyrimo metų buvo nustatomi veiksniai, kurie lemia situaciją darbo rinkoje, rezultatų patikimumas patikrintas statistiniais metodais. Baigiamojo darbo apklausoje dalyvavo skirtingų įmonių darbdaviai. Iš tyrimo rezultatų, nustačius specifines ir pagrindines nedarbo priežastis bei problemas, įvertinus įmonių galimybes, sukurtas darbo rinkos plėtros modelis. Atlikus tyrimus ir sudarius darbo rinkos plėtros modelį, pateiktos darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro septynios dalys: įvadas, darbo rinkos teoriniai aspektai, darbo rinkos ypatumų analizė, veiksnių, veikiančių į situaciją darbo rinkoje tyrimas, darbo rinkos galimos plėtros kryptys ir galimybės, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 77 p. teksto be priedų, 24 iliustr., 9 lent., 55 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In this Final Master Work the situation of Lithuanian labour market's peculiarities and development. The most important theoretical aspects of Labour market and employment are analysed.The analysis of unempoyment dynamics in 1999 - 2009 is presented in the final master thesis. The polunomal regression analysis and the employer survey was carried out. The study was determined by factors which have impact on the labout market situation, the reliabily of the results was cheched by the appropriate statistical methods. Employers from the different companies took part in the survey. Applying to the results of the survey the main unemployment causes and problems were identified, the labour market model was created. The conclusion and recommendation are presentedTheoretical and practical unemployment aspects were analyzed and provided in the final work conclusions and recommendations. Structure: introduction, the Labour market theoretical aspects, the analysis of Labour market peculiarities and development, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 77 p. text without appendixes, 24 pictures, 9 tables, 55 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
