Magistro darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados, pridedamos nuorodos.Darbo apimtis - 57 p. teksto, 23 paveikslai, 12 lentelių ir 30 nuorodų.
The master thesis applies the automation of network security incident management to further speed up the incident handling process in more accurate way. The theoretical part presents an overview of the incident management process, network attack types, and analysis of decision support systems and decision trees in incident management with the relevance of the system. It is Presented the proposed solution with some related requirements regarding the technicality and features of the system included in the system design. The practical part presents the implementation of the proposed design in the decision tree, system database, application, and the user interface, which has a user-friendly chatbot app to troubleshoot the incidents. Evaluated the system through test cases applied on different environments to confirm the availability, confidentiality, and Integrity of the system. Master thesis structure: introduction, review on related work analysis, proposed solution, implementation of the proposed solution. At the end of the master thesis, there are given conclusions, references added. The thesis consists of 57 p. text, 23 figures, 12 tables, and 30 references.
