Magistro darbe nagrinėjami veiksniai, darantys įtaką Fintech įmonėms Lietuvoje ir Nigerijoje. Darbą sudaro trys dalys, kurių pirmoji dalis apima teorinę Fintech ir jo sampratų, kaip finansinių technologijų pagrindo, analizę. Taip pat aprašomi „Fintech” įmonių tipai ir jų siūlomos paslaugos, analizuojamos „Fintech” įmonėms įtakos turinčios galimybės ir veiksniai. Antroje dalyje formuojama tyrimo metodika. Jį sudaro duomenų rinkimas naudojant klausimyną ir duomenų analizė naudojant skritulinės diagramos aprašomuosius metodus. Lietuvos ir Nigerijos Fintech įmonėms įtakos turintiems veiksniams reitinguoti naudojami AHP ir TOPSIS metodai. Trečioje baigiamojo darbo dalyje analizuojamos bendros respondentų charakteristikos ir veiksniai, darantys įtaką Fintech įmonėms Lietuvoje ir Nigerijoje. Veiksnių, turinčių įtakos Fintech įmonėms Lietuvoje ir Nigerijoje, svarbos reitingavimas atliktas AHP-TOPSIS metodu. Reitingo rezultatai rodo, kad „Fintech” įmones Lietuvoje veikiančių veiksnių svarba yra svarbesnė už kaštų veiksnius „Fintech” įmonėms Nigerijoje, o už naudos veiksnius Lietuvoje. Galiausiai, remiantis teorinės literatūros analize ir atliktų tyrimų rezultatais, interpretuojami tyrimo rezultatai ir daromos išvados.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, metodika, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 75 p. teksto be priedų, 25 paveikslai, 22 lentelės, 78 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Pridedami priedai.
In the master's thesis, the research on factors affecting Fintech companies in Lithuania and Nigeria is done. The thesis consists of three parts, where the first part covers a theoretical analysis of Fintech and its concepts as background of the financial technologies. It also describes the types of Fintech companies and what type of services they offer, also the opportunities and factors affecting Fintech companies is also analyzed. In the second part methodology of the research is formed. It consist of data collection by using questionnaire and data analysis using pie chart descriptive methods. For the ranking of factors affecting Fintech companies in Lithuania and Nigeria AHP and TOPSIS methods are used. The third part of the thesis includes analysis of the general characteristics of respondents and factors affecting Fintech companies in Lithuania and Nigeria. The rank of the importance of the factors affecting Fintech companies in Lithuania and Nigeria, is done using AHP-TOPSIS method. The ranking results shows that the importance of factors that influence Fintech companies in Lithuania is of more importance than Fintech companies in Nigeria, the cost factors affect the more in Nigeria and the benefit factors affect the more in Lithuania. Finally, the results of the research are interpreted, conclusions are made, based on the theoretical literature analysis, and the conducted research results.Structure: introduction, literature review, methodology, conclusions and suggestions, references.
