Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos IT projektų valdymo metodikos, pagrindiniai jų bruožai, skirtumai, esminės jų dalys ir funkcijos.Išanalizavus teorinius aspektus pateikiamos darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai, gautos žinios pritaikomos praktinėje įmonės veikloje.Darbą sudaro trys dalys: projektas ir projektų valdymas, Prince2 esminės dalys, CompTIA Project+ esminės dalys. Taip pat pateikimas įvadas, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai parodantys darbo pritaikymą praktinėje veikloje.Darbo apimtis 31 p. teksto be priedų, 5 pav., 1 lent.
The aim of this Master's Thesis is to analyze the methods of information technology project management, to find the main features and functions of project management.There are three main parts of the paper: information about project and project management is analyzed in the first part; the second part of the Master's Thesis reveals information about project management method Prince2 and the information about project management method CompTIA Project+ is analyzed in the third part.There is presented introduction to the Master's Thesis, conclusions of the paper, scientific literature which were used writing this Master's Thesis. There is presented confirmation about the usefulness of this paper in the practical activities.The extent of this Master's Thesis is 31 pages (appendix is not counted). There are 5 examples and 1 chart.
