Senų gyvenamųjų daugiabučių renovacija yra viena svarbiausių Lietuvos ir užsienio problemų. Lietuvos gyvenamąjį fondą sudaro net 96 % pastatų statytų iki 1993 metų. Dauguma jų yra ekonomiškai neefektyvūs, šalti, avarinės būklės. Nuolat brangstant kurui Lietuva priversta vesti pastatų renovacijos politiką.Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe išnagrinėtas daugiabučių namų atnaujinimo procesas, supažindinama su būsto atnaujinimo programa. Palyginti renovuoto ir nerenovuoto daugiabučių ekonominiai rodikliai.Darbe taip pat atlikti termografiniai tyrimai, nustatyti didžiausi šilumos nuostoliai ir pasiūlyti konkretūs sprendiniai pastatų atitvarų šilumos laidumo sumažinimui.Norint sužinoti pačių daugiabučių gyventojų nuomonę, buvo atlikta anketinė apklausa žmonių, gyvenančių Žirmūnuose. Siekiant gauti kuo tikslesnius rezultatus buvo apklausiami įvairaus amžiaus, išsilavinimo ir skirtingas pajamas gaunantys gyventojai.Iš surinktų duomenų apie daugiabučius sudarytas skaitmeninis informacinis žemėlapis, iš kurio galima gauti dominančios informacijos apie kiekvieną pastatą esantį Žirmūnų mikrorajone.
The renovation of large block construction houses is one of the most serious problems both in Lithuania and abroad. The Lithuanian housing fund of buildings consists of 96 % of blocks erected until 1993. Most of them are economically inefficient, cold and in emergency condition. With the continuous increase in fuel prices Lithuania has no other solution but implementation of building renovation system.The aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of old blocks renovation and to introduce the programme of dwelling houses renovation. It also aims at introducing and comparing the economic indicators of block renovation and not having them renovated.The thesis also provides the results of thermal analysis, the maximum heat loss evaluation and very definite solutions how to decrease the heat conductivity of the building elements.To find out dwellers' opinion about building renovation, the survey was conducted among dwellers of the district of Žirmūnai. In order to achieve the precise results, dwellers of different ages, education and income were polled.On the grounds of the data collected about the dwellings, the digital map of information has been made, which provides a lot of information about each building.
