Master's thesis deals with the problem of improving real estate management. Relevance of the subject is that management is an essential process for enterprises in the sphere of real estate. This it the main reason why skills and ways to improve the application of management is the key to successful organization development operating in the real estate market.In the first section, the theoretical foundations for improvement of real estate management are analysed. The second section is devoted to analysis of the experience of Lithuania and Belarus in this area in comparison to other countries. The third section contains development of complex events to improve management level of the companies in the property secto, real estate improvement strategies and their models.Structure: introduction, 3 basic section, conclusions and suggestions, references, appendix.Thesis consist of: 85 p. text without appendixes, 29 pictures, 4 tables, 59 bibliographical entries.
