Master's Thesis examines the main sustainability assessment systems LEED and BREEAM as well as their benefits. During the study, the sustainability of the selected objects during the construction phase is evaluated and analysed. It is also analysed whether the sustainability of the building during the construction phase affects the final sustainability assessment score of the building while using correlation and regression models. After the systematization of the survey data of construction specialist's opinions using the ARAS method, it is assessed which LEED and BREEAM criteria are the most important in the construction phase and how the weights of the criteria would differ or change from the importance of the existing BREEAM and LEED criteria. After examining the theoretical and practical aspects of the sustainability assessment in the construction phase, the conclusions and suggestions of the thesis are presented. The scope of Master's Thesis - 70 pages without appendices, 35 charts, 8 pictures, 54 referencesAppendices of the Master's Thesis are attached separately.
