Lietuvos kelių transporto priemonių registravimo įmonės veiklos tobulinimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas transporto priemonių registravimo procesas ir priežastys, dėl kurių kinta klientų srautai transporto priemonių registravimo įmonėje. Darbo pradžioje apžvelgta kelių transporto priemonių registravimo istorija Lietuvoje, VĮ „Regitra“ struktūra, valdymas ir veikla. Išnagrinėtas registravimo procesas ir procedūros, kurios vykdomos įmonės filiale. Pritaikant masinio aptarnavimo sistemas, nustatytos kelių transporto priemonių registravimo procesų charakteristikos. Ištirta klientų srauto priklausomybė nuo benrojo vidaus produkto ir nuo vidutinio bruto darbo užmokesčio Lietuvoje. Pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Pagrindiniai baigiamojo darbo tikslai: išanalizuoti kelių transporto priemonių registravimo veiklą filiale ir ją patobulinti, nustatyti pagrindinius klientų srauto kitimo faktorius.
In the final master project there are investigated vehicle registration process and reasons, which determine flows of customers in the vehicle registration company. In the beginning of the project there was reviewed the history of vehicle registration in Lithuania, structure of Public Office „Regitra“, it‘s management and implemented activity. Registration process and procedures, which are implemented and administrated in one of the company‘s branch, are also studied in the final master project. With reference to queuing theory characteristics of road vehicle registration process were identified. There was investigated subjection of flows of customers to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and to the average gross wage in Lithuania. Conclusions and suggestions were defined. The major objectives of the final master project are: to analyse the road vehicle registration activity in one of the company‘s branch and carry out the possibilities of it‘s improvement; to identify major factors of flows of customers.
