Vykdant modelio aprobavimą, naudojamas daugiakriterio verti-nimo metodas. Juo remiantis, atliekamas Lietuvoje veikiančių reguliuojan-čių institucijų tyrimas, nustatomi jų veiklos reikšmingumo koeficientai ir pateikiamos efektyvumo didinimo rekomendacijos. Disertacijos tema paskelbti 6 autorės straipsniai tarptautinėse duomenų bazėse referuojamuose leidiniuose.
The doctoral thesis explores the possibilities of the regulatory institution activity consolidation when implementing the solutions of the e-government and researches the effect on the improvement of the regulatory institution activity. By solving the challenges of the regulatory institution activity con-solidation and the e-government decision implementation, the effect of the factors that determine the improvement of the activity when a higher quality of public services and more efficient decision making process are sought, is researched in the dissertation. Research object – activity of the regulatory institutions. Aim of the dissertation – to create the conceptual model, accor-ding to which it would be possible to perform the regulatory institution acti-vity consolidation by implementing the solutions of the e-government. Area of model application – solutions of public management, intended for the improvement of the efficiency of the regulatory institution activity. Dissertation is comprised of introduction, three chapters, general con-clusions, lists of literature references and author's publications under the topic of the dissertation and 24 annexes. The introduction specifies the problem that is researched, relevancy of the work, research object, aim and objectives of the work, and research technique are specified in the intro-duction, as well as defines the scientific novelty of the work and its practi-cal implications, and forms the defensible statements. At the end of the int-roduction author's publications under the topic of the dissertaion, are pre-sented. The first chapter reveals the theoretical and practical aspects of the following issues: provision of the public electronic services, optimisation of the regulatory institution activity, application of the information technology in the regulatory institutions; the importance of the provision of the hori-zontal services in the field of the regulation, is evaluated as well. In the second chapter the research of the regulatory institution activity are perfor-med and the factors that determine the efficiency of the activity of those institutions are identified. A conceptual model for the consolidation of the regulatory institution activity by implementing the solutions of the e-government is created as well. In the third chapter the approbation of this model is performed under the Lithuanian conditions. During the perfor-mance of the approbation of the model, the method of the multicriterial evaluation is used. Based on it, the research of the regulatory institutions that operate in Lithuania is performed, their activity significance coeffi-cients are determined and the recommendations for the improvement of efficiency are presented. 6 articles of the author are published under the topic of the dissertation in the publications that are referred to in the international data bases.
