Apribojimų teorija pabrėžia būtinybę identifikuoti ir valdyti projekto apribojimus, kurie stabdo pažangą ir efektyvumą. Nors apribojimų teorija yra plačiai pripažinta ir naudojama pasaulyje, Lietuvoje ji vis dar yra mažai tyrinėta tema statybos projektų valdymo srityje.Šio darbo tikslas - ištirti apribojimų teorijos pritaikymo galimybes sprendžiant statybos projektų valdymo problemas. Darbo objektas - statybos projektų problemų sprendimas taikant apribojimų teoriją.Darbo uždaviniai apima teorinę apribojimų teorijos analizę, jos pritaikymo galimybių projektų valdyme išnagrinėjimą, bei kokybinio tyrimo metodu nustatytų pagrindinių Lietuvos statybų sektoriaus projektų valdymo problemų sprendimo galimybes taikant apribojimų teoriją. Tyrime naudojami mokslinės literatūros sisteminė ir lyginamoji analizė, kokybinis interviu bei empirinio tyrimo atvejo analizė.Darbą sudaro šešios dalys: įvadas; apribojimų teorijos literatūros analizė; apribojimų teorijos taikymas; realaus statybos projekto empirinis tyrimas; rekomendacijos; išvados.Darbo rezultatai atskleidžia, kaip apribojimų teorijos principai gali būti pritaikyti praktikoje, sprendžiant konkrečias statybos projektų valdymo problemas Lietuvoje. Darbo apimtis - 75 puslapiai, 30 paveikslų, 9 lentelės, 47 bibliografiniai šaltiniai ir 5 darbo priedai.
The Theory of Constraints highlights the need to identify and manage project constraints that slow down progress and efficiency. Even though the Theory of Constraints is widely recognized and applied in the world, it is still an understudied topic in construction project management in Lithuania. The goal of this Master's Thesis is to analyze the opportunities for applying the theory of constraints to construction project management problems solving. The object of this Master's Thesis - solving construction project problems by applying the theory of constraints. The tasks of the Master's Thesis include a theoretical analysis of the theory of constraints, an overview of its application in project management, and the possibility of applying the theory of constraints to the main project management problems of the Lithuanian construction sector, identified through a qualitative research method. The research uses systematic and comparative analysis of scientific literature, qualitative interviews and empirical case study analysis. The Master Thesis includes six parts: introduction; analysis of the literature on the theory of constraints; application of the theory of constraints; empirical study of a real construction project; recommendations; conclusion. The results of the Master's Thesis show how the principles of the theory of constraints can be applied in practical use to resolve specific construction project management problems in Lithuania. The Master Thesis consists of 75 pages, 30 figures, 9 tables, 47 bibliographic sources and 5 annexes.
