Panevėžio miesto geležinkelio stoties rajono modernizacija
Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama geležinkelio infrastruktūros ir su ja susijusių pramonės teritorijų miestuose problematika. Tokios zonos dažniausiai yra apleistos ir turi ypač didelį potencialą vystytis. Darbe analizuojamos pasaulinės šiuolaikinės šios problemos sprendimo tendencijos. Magistro darbo objektu pasirinktas Panevėžio miesto geležinkelio stoties rajonas. Objektas nagrinėjamas ir pateikiami pasiūlymai skirtinguose erdviniuose lygmenyse: regioniniame, miesto ir jo prieigų, miesto dalies ir paties rajono. Rajono lygmenyje pateikiamas jo modernizavimo veiksmų planas ir etapai. Projektinio pasiūlymo daliai pasirinktas įgyvendinti pirmas veiksmų plano etapas. Kuriama stoties mazgo ir miesto istorinio centro jungties modernizavimo koncepcija, paremta urbanistinio audinio pertvarkymu, susisiekimo sistemos plėtimu, viešųjų erdvių sistemos kūrimu ir gyventojų gyvenimo kokybės gerinimu. Darbą sudaro grafinė medžiaga (10 planšetų), maketas (m 1:1000) ir tekstinė dalis: įvadas,analitinė-metodinė, analitinė-tiriamoji ir konceptualioji-projektinė dalys, išvados ir priedai. Tekstinės dalies apimtis - 82 puslapiai, 2 lentelės, 77 iliustracijos.
The final master thesis covers the problem of the railway infrastructure and brownfields in the city area. Such zones are usually abandoned but have a very high potencial of being developed. The work analizes global contemporary projects to this problem and gives a summary of solution tendencies. The object of the final master thesis is the railway station area of the Panevezys city. The object is researched and solutions are made in different spatial levels: regional level, city and its surroundings level, part of the city level and the raylway station area level. In the latter level the action plan of modernization and its stages are created. The first stage of modernization is selected for a design project. The project deals with a creation of a link between the station node and the historical city center. The concept is based on reorganizing the urban pattern, developing the transport system, creating the system of public spaces and improving the wellfare of the residents. Thesis consists of graphical part (10 panels), model (sc 1:1000) and written text: 82 pages, 2 tables, 77 pictures.
