Statybos organizavimo tobulinimas taikant BIM ir LEAN metodologijas
Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti statybos procesų optimizavimo ir planavimo palengvinimo galimybes taikant BIM ir Lean metodologijas, įvertinti šių taikomų priemonių naudą. Pirmame darbo skyriuje aptariama BIM ir Lean metodologijų atsiradimo istorija, šių metodologijų panaudojimo galimybės statybos srityje.Antrame skyriuje buvo parinktas darbo modelis, kuriuo vadovaujantis bus atliktas tyrimas apie BIM ir Lean metodologijas. Pasirinktas tyrimas - tikslinės auditorijos apklausa, bei konkretaus atvejo tyrimas.Trečiajame skyriuje analizuojama anketa. Taip pat analizuojama šių dviejų metodologijų taikymo nauda konkrečioje įmonėje. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos apibendrintos išvados ir siūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 54 puslapiai, 4 lentelės, 41 paveikslas, 22 literatūros šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami priedai.
The aim of the work is to analyze the possibilities of optimization and planning of construction processes by applying BIM and Lean methodologies, to evaluate the benefits of these applied measures.The first chapter of the work discusses about the history of occurrence of BIM and Lean methodologies, the usage of these methodologies in construction.In the second chapter, a work model was chosen to conduct a study on the BIM and Lean methodologies. Selected Survey - Target Audience Survey, and Case Study.The third chapter analyzes the questionnaire. The benefits of applying these two methodologies in a particular company are also analyzed.In the last chapter are summarized conclusions and suggestions.Work consist of: 54 pages, 4 tables, 41 pictures, 22 references and separate attachments.
