Baigiamojo magistro darbo užduotis - suprojektuoti viešbutį su komercinėmis patalpomis Klaipėdoje, piliavietės teritorijoje. Prieš pradedant projektuoti viešbutį buvo susipažinta su visuomeninės paskirties statinių architektūros teorija. Projektavimo metu daug dėmesio buvo skirta tokių statinių vystymosi tendencijai, funkcinei schemai, erdviniam, konstruktyviniam sprendimui, taipogi buvo atsižvelgta į tokio statinio aktualumą Klaipdos mieste, nagrinėjama pasirinkta vieta miesto atžvilgiu. Išnagrinėjus visuomeninių pastatų specifiką, buvo padarytos išvados, kuriomis remiantis suprojektuotas viešbutis Klaipėdoje . Didelę įtaką pastato koncepcijai turėjo pasirinkta vieta, bei pastato tipologija. Sklypas, kuriame projektuojamas viešbutis, yra Klaipėdos miesto centre, itin miestui svarbioje ir specifinėje teritorijoje.
The final goal of master degree work is to project a hotel with commercial centre in Klaipeda near the site of an ancient castle. At the beginning of the projection it was looked over the theory of the universal purpose architecture of the public buildings. During the projection lots of attention was given to future development, functional schemes, dimensional, constructive solutions of such buildings, also lots of attention was given to topicality of such building to the city of Klaipeda. After the deep research of particularity of public buildings I came to the deduction under which was made the project of the hotel in Klaipeda. A huge influence to the conception of the building has had the chosen place and the typology of the building itself. Site of the hotel is located at the centre of the city of Klaipeda, in specific and very important for the city territory.
