Sausųjų pieno pakaitalų gamybos verslo makroaplinkos analizė ir vertinimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas pieno pakaitalų verslas ir jį veikiančios makroaplinkos: socialinė ir kultūrinė, ekonominė, politinė ir teisinė, technologinė ir ekologinė aplinkos. Darbe nustatyti svarbiausi makroaplinkos veiksniai, darantys poveikį pieno pakaitalų verslui, įvertintos šio verslo perspektyvos ir pateiktas sausųjų pieno pakaitalų gamybos verslo makroaplinkos analizės modelis. Atlikta makroaplinkos sampratos analizę, palyginti siūlomi makroaplinkos modeliai ir išnagrinėti makroaplinkos elementai, apibrėžtas pieno pakaitalų gamybos verslas, remiantis statistiniais duomenimis atlikta makroaplinkos veiksnių analizę, apklausti pieno pakaitalų naudotojai ir platintojai, ir remiantis apklausos būdu gautais duomenimis įvertinta pieno pakaitalų verslo makroaplinka, remiantis mokslo darbų analize ir empirinio tyrimo rezultatais pateikti pasiūlymai ir išvados.Šį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirma dalis yra skirta pasirinktos temos teorinei analizei. Šioje dalyje apibrėžiama, kas tai yra makroaplinka, analizuojami makroaplinkos elementai, detaliai pristatomas pieno pakaitalų verslas. Antroje darbo dalyje remiantis statistiniais duomenimis analizuojama pieno pakaitalų makroaplinka, pristatomas pieno pakaitalų naudotojų ir platintojų tyrimo organizavimas, pateikiama detali šių tyrimų metu gautų rezultatų analizė.Trečioje dalyje pateikiamas sausųjų pieno pakaitalų verslo makroaplinkos analizės modelis ir pasiūlymai, kurie sudaryti remiantis tyrimų metu gautais rezultatais ir mokslinių darbų analize. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos koncentruotos išvados.Darbo apimtis - 93 p. (be priedų), 54 paveikslai, 19 lentelių, 50 bibliografinių šaltinių, 12 priedų.
The final postgraduate work deals with the trade of milk replacers and macro environment which influences it: social and cultural, economical, political, technological and ecological. Factors which influence the trade of milk replacers were determined in this work. Prospects of this trade were evaluated, too. The work gives the analysis of macro environment of the model of production of dried milk replacers. It also gives the notion of macro environment analysis. Models of macro environment are suggested and its elements are analysed. The work gives the description of the trade in producing milk replacers. With reference to statistical data analysis of macro environmental factors is accomplished. The macro environment of the trade of milk replacers is estimated with reference to the results of the survey of consumers and dealers of milk replacers. With reference to scientific studies and results of empiric survey suggestions and conclusions are given.The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with theoretical analysis of the them. This parts describes the notion of macro environment, analyses the elements of it and gives a full description of the trade of milk replacers.The second part deals with analyses of macro environment of the trade of milk replacers with reference to statistical data, describes the organization of the survey of consumers and dealers, gives analysis of the results of the survey.The third chapter gives te model of production of dried milk replacers and suggestions which are made in reference with the survey results and analysis of scientific studies.
