Model of Sustainable Competitiveness for the Development of International Business in the Logistics Sector
Klimaito kaita, spartus aplinkos degradavimas verčia visus sektorius pergalvoti savo verslo strategijas, siekiant ne tik gauti pelną, bet ir kuo mažiau kenkti aplinkai. Darnaus konkurencingumo naujovės tarptautiniame logistikos versle gali būti vertinamos ne tik kaip pagrindinis sėkmės elementas, bet ir kaip priemonė vykdyti ir plėtoti aplinkai nekenksmingą veiklą.Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas yra pasiūlyti ir sukurti darnų konkurencingo verslo modelį tarptautinei logistikos sektoriaus plėtrai. Modelis turi parodyti darnaus konkurencingumo aspektus, tarptautines plėtros strategijas, šakos specifiką ir veiksnius, turinčius įtakos tai šakai.Siekiant šio tikslo, išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairūs teoriniai darnaus konkurencingumo tarptautiniame logistikos verslo sektoriuje aspektai. Empirinis tyrimas nustatė svarbiausius tvaraus tarptautinio logistikos verslo konkurencingumo rodiklius.Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize ir empirinių tyrimų išvadomis, buvo sukurtas darnus konkurencingo verslo modelis tarptautinei plėtrai logistikos sektoriuje. Modelis rodo darnaus konkurencingumo aspektus, tarptautines plėtros strategijas, šakos specifiką ir veiksnius, turinčius įtakos tai šakai.
Climate change and rapid environmental degradation are forcing all sectors to rethink their business strategies, not only for profit but also for the environment. An innovation in sustainable logistics can be seen as not only a key element of success, but also as a tool for pursuing and developing environmentally friendly activities.The aim of the final Master thesis is to suggest and develop a sustainable competitive business model for international development in the logistics sector. The model has to show the aspects of sustainable competitiveness, international development strategies, the specifics of the branch and the factors that affect that branch.In order to achieve this aim, various theoretical aspects of sustainable competitiveness in the international logistics business sector were analyzed and systematized.The empirical study identified the most important indicators in the sustainable competitiveness of the international logistics business.Based on the analysis of scientific literature and empirical research findings, a sustainable competitive business model for international development in the logistics sector has been created. The model shows the aspects of sustainable competitiveness, international development strategies, the specifics of the branch and the factors that affect that branch.
