International Business Strategies to Develop Plastic Trade between India and Lithuania
Baigiamajame magistro darbe siekiama plėtoti tarptautines verslo strategijas tarp Indijos ir Lietuvos plastinės prekybos srityje. Buvo išnagrinėti įvairūs modeliai, siekiant gauti daugiau informacijos apie tai, kaip galima daugiau prekybos. Teorinėje dalyje pateikiama literatūros apžvalga apie esamą abiejų šalių prekybą. Pertvaros ir apribojimai buvo svarstomi dėl internacionalizavimo ir verslo korporacijos, atsižvelgiant į plastiko pramonę. Klasifikuoti plastikinių kompanijų naudojamus užsienio rinkų metodus ir strategijas šiuo klausimu buvo aptariami skirtingi modeliai.Siūlomas modelis, skirtas tolesniam tarptautinės verslo korporacijos tarp Indijos ir Lietuvos plėtrai, naudojant technologijas, sandorių kaštus, išteklius pagrįstą vaizdą ir strateginį aljansą, produktų palaikymą ir techninę priežiūrą bei pasiūlyto režimo privalumus ir apribojimus.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, metodika kartu su analize, pasiūlytas sprendimas su apribojimais, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 56 p. teksto be priedų, 18 paveikslų ir lentelių, 37 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Pridedami priedai.
The Final Master Thesis focuses on developing International Business Strategies between India and Lithuania for Plastic Trade. Different models have been analyzed in order to gain more insight on how to have more potential trade. Theoretical part covers the literature review on existing trade between the two countries. The barriers and limitations have been discussed for internationalization and Business Corporation with respect to the plastic industry. To classify the foreign market entry methods and strategies used by plastic companies, different models have been discussed in this regard.A model has been proposed for further development of international business corporation between the India and Lithuania, using technology, transaction cost, and resource based view and strategical alliance, product support and maintenance, along with advantages and limitations of the proposed mode. Structure: Introduction, Literature review, methodology along with analysis, proposed solution with limitations, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 59 p. text without appendixes, 18 pictures & tables, 37 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
