Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos investicinių nekilnojamojo turto projektų vystymo problemos, investicinio projekto sąvoka, jo draudimo rūšys bei apsidraudimo būtinumas ir nauda, užsienio šalių patirtis šioje srityje. Išnagrinėtos pagrindinės draudimo rūšys, kurios yra būtinos vystant nekilnojamojo turto projektus. Pateikiamas draudimo rūšių palyginimas. Apžvelgus keletą skirtingų nekilnojamojo turto investicinių objektų, apskaičiuojama ALOP draudimo teikiama nauda. Vertinant ALOP draudimo naudą, išnagrinėtas draudimo išmokos apskaičiavimo metodas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius investicinių projektų draudimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.
The master thesis examines the problems, which appears when invsting in real estate development, investment project concept, its types of insurance and the necessity and benefits of insurance, and foreign experience in this field. Analyzed the main types of insurance, which is necessary for the development of real estate projects. The types of insurance comparison. After reviewing several different real estate investment objects, calculated the benefit of ALOP insurance. When assessing the benefit of ALOP insurance, examined the method of insurance payment calculation. After the theoretical and practical aspects of insurance of investment projects, the master thesis contains conclusions and recommendations.
