Vilniaus Fabijoniškių ir Pašilaičių mikrorajonų automobilių stovėjimo sistemos analizė ir plėtra

Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - įvertinti ir išanalizuoti automobilių stovėjimo procesą prie traukos objektų Vilniaus Fabijoniškių ir Pašilaičių mikrorajonuose.Magistro darbe nustatyti pagrindiniai Vilniaus miesto Fabijoniškių ir Pašilaičių mikrorajonuose esantys traukos objektai. Prekybos centrų „Senukai”, „BIG” ir „Mandarinas” aikštelėse atlikti išsamūs automobilių stovėjimo proceso tyrimai, nustatyti probleminiai aspektai, apskaičiuoti stovėjimo aikštelių funkcionavimo parametrai, įvertintas stovėjimo vietų skaičiaus atitikimas pagal STR reikalavimus. Išnagrinėta Europos valstybių patirtis sprendžiant šias problemas.Taip pat darbe atlikta automobilizacijos lygio kitimo prognozė, bei nustatytas stovėjimo vietų perspektyvinis poreikis iki 2025 metų. Pateiktos išvados ir rekomendacijos stovėjimo problemoms spręsti.
The goal of this paper is to evaluate and to analyze car parking process near the points of attraction In Fabijoniskes and Pasilaiciai districts in Vilnius city. The main attraction points in Fabijoniskes and Pasilaiciai districts were identified, three large supermarkets ”Senukai”, ”BIG” and ”Mandarinas” were chosen for further analysis. The research about car parking process near the chosen supermarkets was done, it was also assessed if the number of parking spaces in each parking meets the legal requirements. Motorization level forecast was made. Also, the present demand of car parking places in each parking was established, and the future demand in 2025 was forecastedThe paper also presents existing problems of car parking nearby chosen supermarkets, as well as possible solutions to them. Moreover, the experience of other European countries in solution of similar problems was analyzed, and some recommendations were given.
