Baigiamajame magistro darbe siekiama sudaryti tinkamiausią inovatyvią Priekulės miesto plėtros koncepciją naudojant išmanius sprendimus ir technologijas. Literatūros analizės dalyje apžvelgiamos panašios, kituose miestuose įgyvendintos plėtros išmanumo link koncepcijos, galimybės juos pritaikyti Priekulės mieste, taip pat galimi finansavimo šaltiniai, bei kitų valstybių pavyzdžiai. Atliekama teritorijos ir poreikių analizė. Sprendinių dalyje sudaromos trys Priekulės miesto išmanios plėtros koncepcijos. Tyrimo dalyje atliekamas siūlomų koncepcijų daugiakriteris vertinimas kurio rezultatas nulems pasirinktą tinkamiausią plėtros ir sprendinių koncepcijos variantą. Išvadų dalyje pateikiami rezultatai nulėmę tinkamos koncepcijos pasirinkimą bei atsako į iškeltas hipotezes.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys, įvadas, literatūros analizė, plėtros koncepcijos, daugiakriteris vertinimas, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai.
Thesis aims to create the most appropriate innovative concept for the development of the town of Priekulė using smart solutions and technologies. The literature analysis part of the project includes a review of similar smart development concepts implemented in other cities, the possibilities of their application in Priekulė as well as possible sources of funding and examples from other countries. A territorial and needs analysis is carried out. The research part of the study includes a multi-criteria evaluation of the proposed concepts, the result of which will determine the most appropriate option for the development and solution concept. The conclusions present the results that led to the selection of the appropriate concept and answers hypothesis.The thesis consists of 7 parts, an introduction, a literature analysis, development concepts, multi-criteria evaluation, conclusions, a list of references and annexes.
