Research of Personal Investment Opportunities in Target Segment
Atsižvelgiant į dabartinę finansinę padėtį pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje, asmeninių finansų investavimas yra viena iš pagrindinių sričių finansų valdyme, ypač jauniems žmonėms, kurie gali užtikrinti sėkmę, naudodami esamus išteklius. Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra palyginti du investicinius portfelius, kurie yra sudaryti remiantis teorijos analize ir tyrimo rezultatais. Siekiant išspręsti darbo uždavinius analizuojama mokslinė literatūra, atliekama apklausa apie jaunimo investavimo galimybes ir prioritetus, apžvelgiami surinkti duomenys, analizuojami rezultatai ir pateikiamos išvados. Praktiškas dviejų investicinių modelių (remiantis teorijos analize ir anketine apklausa) palyginimas parodė, kad investicinis modelis paremtas teorijos analize labiau tinka jauniems žmonėms. Pateikiamos galutinės magistro baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai.Magistro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 pagrindinės dalys: investicinio portfelio sudarymo teoriniai aspektai, jaunų žmonių investavimo galimybės ir prioritetai, asmeninis investicinis projektas; išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai.Magistro baigiamojo darbo apimtis - 64 puslapiai be priedų, 19 iliustracijų, 20 lentelių, 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Considering the current financial situation in the world and Lithuania as well personal finance investment is one of the key areas of finance management for everybody but especially for young people that can ensure the success in using the existing resources. The aim of the master final thesis is to compare two investment portfolios, which are set up according to the theory analysis and results of the survey. In order to figure out the tasks of the work it is analysed the scientific literature of investing, carried out a questionnaire survey on young people's investment opportunities and priorities, reviewed the collected data, analysed the results and made conclusions. Comparison of two investment models (one based on theory analysis, another based on questionnaire survey) in practice showed that investment model based on theory analysis is more suitable for young people. The final conclusions and suggestions of the master final thesis are made.The master final thesis consists of introduction, 3 main parts: theoretical aspects of creating the investment portfolio, young people's investment opportunities and priorities, personal investment project; conclusions and suggestions, references and appendixes.The volume of the master final thesis - 64 pages without appendixes, 19 figures, 20 tables, 35 references.
