Rekreacinės infrastruktūros plėtra rekultivuojamuose plotuose: Jurbarko miesto atvejis

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos Jurbarko miesto galimybės tapti regiono turizmo - rekreacijos centru. Pagrindinis miesto regenereacijos resursas - upių rekreacinis potencialas - beveik nenaudojamas. Miestas turi didelius nepanaudotų teritorijų prie vandens rezervus esančius šalia istorinio miesto branduolio. Darbo tikslas - ištirti lietuviškosios Nemuno atkarpos turistinį - rekreacinį potencialą; parengti numatomo turizmo aptarnavimo paslaugų centro rekreacinį kompleksą, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant gamtinio karkaso panaudojimui ir jo integravimui į komplekso struktūrą.Darbe apžvelgiama miesto istorinė raida, identifikuojami esami vertingi miesto plano struktūros ir užstatymo elementai, atliekamas Jurbarko vaidmens planuojamoje turistinėje trasoje nustatymas, tiriamos rekultivuojamų pakrančių plotų plėtros galimybės, apžvelgiama kitų Europos šalių patirtis projektuojant upių pakrantėse.Remiantis atliktomis analizėmis pateikiami upių pakrančių teritorijų panaudojimo projektiniai pasiūlymai, projektuojamas daugiafunkcis kompleksas su jachtklubu bei sporto kompleksu Mituvos pakrantėje.
The final thesis analyses the possibilities of Jurbarkas town to become tourist - recreational center of the region. The main regeneration resource of the town - the recreational potential of the river - is almost unused. The town has large reserves of free space by the river situated near the historical town center.The aim of this work is to analyze the tourist - recreational potential of Nemunas river segment in Lithuania; to prepare the solutions for the prospective tourism service center and territories, paying special attention to the use of green areas, their integration into the town´s structure. The thesis includes a survey of historical urban development, Jurbarkas town role evaluation in prospective tourist route, as well as the analysis of the recultivated areas further development possibilities, together with the review of other European countries' experience of projects implemented on the river banks.Based on the analysis the effective use of rivers banks´ areas is proposed and multifuncional complex including yacht-club on Mituva´s river bank is designed.
