Baigiamajame magistro studijų darbe nagrinėjama kultūrinės veiklos pastatų trūkumo ir bendruomeniškumo problema. Dėmesys kreipiamas į Vilniaus Naujamiesčio rajoną. Lygiagrečiai nagrinėjami klausimai: žmonių kultūriniai interesai ir miesto kultūrinės infrastruktūros plėtra. Gilinamasi į naujo kultūrinės paskirties pastato - bendruomenės centro atsiradimo poreikius , funkcijas ir galimybes Vilniaus Naujamiestyje. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiama atliktas bendruomenės temos tyrimas. Nagrinėjami bendruomeninių centrų Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje analogai. Įvertinamos sektinos tokių pastatų projektavimo tendencijos. Apibūdinama bendruomenės centrų tipologija, programos gairės. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pasirinktos vietos tyrimai, pasirinkto sklypo analizė. Pateikiama atliktas gyventojų kultūrinio užimtumo ir reikalingų erdvių tyrimas, pateikiama apibendrinta statistika. Taip pat aprašomas siūlomo bendruomenės centro koncepcinio modelio adaptavimo, vystymo ir veikimo principai. Pateikiamas detalus pastato projektas pasirinktoje teritorijoje Naujamiesčio rajone. Darbo tekstinę dalį sudaro: įvadas, analitinė dalis, projektinė dalis, išvados ir apibendrinimai, literatūros ir paveikslų sąrašas. Prie darbo atskirai pridedami priedai, juos sudaro: 2 atliktų konkursų planšetai, 10 projekto planšetų ir 2 maketai.
The final master thesis examines community problem and the lack of spaces suitable for cultural activities in Newtown of Vilnius. Two issues are dealt with in parallel: social - cultural interests of local communities and the development of city's cultural infrastructure. The needs and potentiality of a new cultural building is examined. The aim is to prepare conceptual project for the community center, which would be linked to a specific urban situation - in Newtown of Vilnius. The analytical part presents the analysis of community theme survey. A study of existing cultural centers analogues in Lithuania and world, cultural necessary spaces was made and summarized. Part also includes a description of a community centers typology and problematic, describing theoretical characteristics, program guidelines. The design part includes investigations of the selected field and site analysis. A study of existing cultural busyness and necessary spaces was made, summarized in graphical statistics. The conceptual proposals for the creation of cultural centers, and description of the development, adaptation and operating principles. A detailed building project is presented on a chosen location in Newtown of Vilnius. The written part of the work consists of introduction, analytical part, project part, conclusions and suggestions, references. Appendixes: 2 tablets of competitions, 10 tablets and 2 models are added separately.
