Tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti Vėžaičių dvaro sodybos architektūros paveldo objektų galimo pritaikymo ir panaudojimo pobūdį, jų kryptis, pateikti sutvarkymo ir pritaikymo pasiūlymus paveldo objektams, išlaikant jų autentiškumą ir darną.Baigiamajame magistro darbe apžvelgiama Vėžaičių dvaro sodybos istorinė raida, įvykę pokyčiai, įvertinama pastatų būklė ir nustatomos nykimo priežastys, aptariamos pastatų architektūrinės ypatybės ir istoriniai bruožai. Atlikta Lietuvos dvarų sodybų pritaikymo ir panaudojimo analizė, duomenys susisteminti ir pateikti lentelėse. Apžvelgti paminklosauginiai reikalavimai ir įstatymai, lemiantys nagrinėjamos teritorijos vystymą, pateikti sutvarkymo ir pritaikymo siūlymai.Darbą sudaro 3 dalys: įvadas, dvarų sodybų istorinė raida ir planinė struktūra, Vėžaičių dvaro sodybos esamos būklės analizė, dvarų sodybų sutvarkymo ir pritaikymo tyrimas, išvados, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 69 p. teksto be priedų, 29 iliustr., 5 lent., 38 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The purpose of the analysis is to reveal the nature of the possible application and use of Vėžaičiai manor estate architectural heritage objects and their trends, to present the offers of the arrangement and application to heritage objects by retaining their authenticity and consistency.The historic development of Vėžaičiai manor estate and accomplished changes have been reviewed in the final Master Thesis. The condition of the buildings has also been assessed and the reasons of the decay have been identified. Further, architectural and historic features of the building have been discussed. The analysis of the application and use of Lithuanian manors and estates has been performed; the data have been systematized and given in the tables. The requirements and laws of national monuments which determine the development of the analyzed territory have been reviewed, and the offers of the arrangement and application have been given.The Master Thesis consists of three parts: the introduction, the historic development of manors and estates, a planned structure, the analysis of the present condition of Vėžaičiai manor estate, the reserach of manors and estates arrangement and application, the conclusions and the list of references.The extent of the thesis is 69 pages without appendices, 29 illustrations, 5 tables and 38 bibliograpchical sources. The appendices of the thesis are attached separately.
