Kiekvienas sektorius, tame tarpe ir draudimo, siekia stabilių veiklos rezultatų ir konkurencingumo tiek vietinėse, tiek tarptautinėse rinkose. Vienas iš konkurencinio pranašumo šaltinių yra inovacijų diegimas. Draudimo sektoriuje inovacijos taip pat diegiamos, tačiau inovacijos diegimo procesai nepakankamai išplėtoti. Šiame darbe siekiama suformuoti inovacijų proceso gerinimo modelį adaptuotą draudimo sektoriui. Tam pirmoje darbo dalyje atskleista inivacijų samprata ir identifikuoti inovacijų tipai, aprašytas draudimo sektorius ir jo svarba, identifikuoti metodai ir modeliai inivacijų proceso tobulinimui. Antroje dalyje pateikta tyrimo metodologija apimanti inovacijos sektoriuje dirbančių darbuotojų apklausą ir ekspertų apklausą. Trečioje dalyje aprašyti tyrimo rezultatai. Gautų rezultatų pagrindu suformuotas inovacijų proceso tobulinimo modelis adaptuotas inovacijų sektoriui bei pateiktos rekomendacijos.
Every sector, including insurance, strives for stable performance and competitiveness in local and international markets. One of the sources of competitive advantage is innovation. Innovations are also being implemented in the insurance sector, but the innovation implementation processes need to be sufficiently developed. This work aims to form a model for improving the innovation process adapted to the insurance sector. For this purpose, the first part of the work revealed the concept of innovation, identified types of innovation, described the insurance sector and its importance, and identified methods and models for improving the innovation process. The research methodology presented in the second part includes a survey of employees working in the innovation sector and a survey of experts. The third part describes the results of the research. Based on the obtained results, the innovation process improvement model was adapted to the innovation sector, and recommendations were presented.
