Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - parengti miesto centro sąsajų su Kuršių mariomis plėtojimo urbanistinę koncepciją (įvertinant galimybę iškelti senąjį uostą).Atliktos miesto istorinė, urbanistinė, saugomų teritorijų, viešųjų erdvių analizės. Tyrimai atskleidė miesto problemas ir galimus pirminius sprendinius. Atlikus analogų studiją pagal pasirinktą koncepcinį modelį, sprendžiamos centrinės miesto dalies zonų, struktūros pertvarkymo, žaliųjų jungčių, viešųjų erdvių sistemos sukūrimas.Detalizuojamas objektas - miesto centrinėje dalyje esanti uosto dalis. Sprendžiamos sąsajų ir ryšių stiprinimo galimybės ir strategijos, vertybių identifikavimas, išsaugojimas ir atkūrimas. Kuriama nauja planinė - tūrinė sistema tiek funkciškai, tiek vizualiai susisiejanti marias ir krantinę su aplinkiniu užstatymu.Darbą sudaro grafinė medžiaga ir tekstinė dalis: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė dalis, analitinė - tiriamoji, Klaipėdos miesto centro dalis ir eksperimentinė uosto ties miesto centrine dalimi konversijos dalis.Darbo apimtis - 78 p. teksto be priedų, 56 pav., 3 lent., 28 bibliografinių šaltinių. The master's thesis - prepare the city centre connection with the Kursiu lagoon development urban concept (assessing the possibility of moving the old port).The analysis of historical, urban, protected areas, public spaces of the city are done. The research has shown the problems of the city and the possible primary solutions. After the analogy study of the chosen conceptual model, it was addresses to the central part of the city area, structure adjustment, green links, and public spaces system creating solutions.The specified object is the part of the port, located in the central segment of the city. The strengthen links and communication opportunities and strategies, identification, preservation and restoration of the values are addressed. A new planned - volume system is created, both visually and functionally linking the lagoon to the embankment and the surrounding buildings.The work consists of the graphical material and text part: introduction, analytical - methodical part, analytical - exploring the central part of the Klaipėda town and experimental part of the port near the central segment of the city conventional part. Volume of work is 72 pages of text without additional material, 56 illustrations, 3 tables, 28 bibliographical sources.The supplements are the reduced copies of graphical material.
