Prekybos centrų išdėstymo ir aptarnaujamųjų teritorijų GIS sistemoje analizė

Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas- išanalizuoti veiksnius nulemiančius prekybos centrų išdėstymą ekonominiu bei miesto planavimo darnos aspektais. Tikslui pasiekti išanalizuoti teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys prekybos centrų išdėstymą, taip pat naudotas lyginamasis metodas palyginti Lietuvos ir Vakarų bei Rytų Europos šalių patirtį. Tyrimui atlikti buvo atlikta apklausa, kurios pagalba sukuriama vartotojui svarbių rodiklių sistema, kurios pagrindu yra suprojektuota GIS duomenų bazė bei užpildyti charakteringi rodikliai. Darbo sudėtį sudaro 9 dalys: įvadas, 6 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis 76 p. teksto be priedų, 24 iliustr., 10 lent. Atskirai pridedami priedai.
The main aim of these master thesis is to analyze the factors that determine supermarkets locations in the cities taking into consideration economic and sustainable urban planning aspects. To achieve this aim the legislation regulating supermarkets locations were analyzed as well the comparative method was used to compare Lithuania's and Western and Eastern Europe's countries experience in supermarkets development. The survey was conducted that asked users to choose the most important factors in choosing supermarkets and then was created the most important factors system and GIS database was created with the the most important factors. The thesis consists of 10 parts: introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions and references. The scope of the thesis is 77 pages of text without appendixes, 24 pictures, 10 tables. Appendixes to the thesis are attached separately.
