Statybos projektų valdymo metodologijos variantų modeliavimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojami statybos projektų metodologijos variantai, bei jų pritaikymas skirtingiems statybos projektų valdymo etapams. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjama Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių mokslinė literatūra ir metodologijos apžvalga. Antroje dalyje aprašomi ir nustatomi kiekybiniai ir kokybiniai rodikliai, bei jų pritaikymas skirtingiems projektų valdymo etapams. Trečioje darbo dalyje yra sprendžiamas daugiakriteris uždavinys, taikant ARAS daugiakriteriu vertinimo metodu. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas.
The final master's thesis analyzes the variants of construction project methodology, as well as the stage of their application in the construction project management of the baseboard. The final work consists of three main parts. The first part deals with the review of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature and methodology. The second part describes and identifies quantitative and qualitative indicators, as well as the stages of project application of their application to the floor. The third part of the work can be found in the multi-criteria task required by the ARAS multi-criteria assessment method. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and suggestions are presented. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references.
