Baigiamajame magistro darbe „Miestų daugiabučių namų kvartalų ir rajonų atnaujinimo galimybių tyrimas” siekiama įvertinti esamą daugiabučių rajonų padėtį, nustatyti, kokio tipo pastatams atnaujinimas yra reikalingiausias, pateikti daugiabučių namų rajonų ir kvartalų atnaujinimo galimybių pasiūlymus. Magistro darbą sudaro dvi pagrindinės dalys.Pirmojoje dalyje apžvelgiama esama daugiabučių namų situacija, nustatomi labiausiai nusidėvėję pastatų tipai ir jų atskiros dalys. Pristatoma Lietuvos daugiabučių namų atnaujinimo programa. Antrojoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjami daugiabučių namų atnaujinimo būdai kitose valstybėse, suformuojami gyvenamų teritorijų atnaujinimo tikslai ir uždaviniai. Pristatoma pasyviojo namo idėja, nustatoma daugiabučių namų atnaujinimo investicijų atsipirkimas ir efektyvumas pagal rinkos vertės kriterijų. Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra 10 lentelių, 17 paveikslų.
In the final master work „The research of cities blocks of flats estates' and districts' renovation possibilities” I have tried to evaluate the existing condition of block of flats estates, to establish to what type of buildings the renovation is the most needed, to present the offers of block of flats estates and districts renovation possibilities. The master work consists of two main parts: In the first part the present situation of block of flats is examined, the most ratty types of buildings and separate parts of them are established. The renovation programme of Lithuanian blocks of flats is presented. In the second part of the work the renovation ways of block of flats in other countries are examined, living territory renovation aims and objects are formed. The passive house idea is presented, block of flats renovation investment divident and effectiveness according the criteria of market value is established. In the final master work 10 tables and 17 pictures are presented
